Job Description

At Plathena we strive to bring as much value to our customers as possible. Since the custormers know more about their work than we do, this ofter requires close collaboration. As a Customer Success Manager, you play a key role in making sure the collaboration is fun and efficient.

About the role

As Customer Success Manager, you participate in the communication with clients. You help our developers keep track of the promises that we make. Are we delivering what we promised? Is there anything else we can do to help? You help to keep meetings efficient and effective. Also you help us and our customers by trying to understand their unique needs and try to participate in finding the best solutions. Finally,you help us prioritize. Help us by giving a second opinion on which problems to solve and in what order.
